Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced Adobe Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects from concept to delivery. You will manage end-to-end lifecycles, coordinate with international teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining strong client and partner communications.

The role requires hands-on experience with Adobe solutions (AEM/AEP) and SCRUM-based delivery, plus full professional fluency in English and additional European languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Six+ years in project management in the industry.
• Proven experience delivering digital marketing implementations.
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions.
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions (AEM, AEP) and working with Adobe Campaign/Commerce is advantageous.

Role: Adobe Project Manager

Location: Remote Portugal

Required skills:

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the industry;
• Strong project management experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects;
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions;
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions, particularly AEM and AEP;
• Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Commerce is advantageous;
• Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including effort estimation, scope, planning, monitoring and execution;
• Strong experience in risk management, budget and timeline management;
• Experience with project resourcing, forecasting, time management and invoicing;
• Strong client, partner and internal stakeholder communication skills;
• Experience managing large projects or multiple concurrent projects;
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills;
• Experience presenting to Executive-level stakeholders;
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM;
• Professional project management qualification;
• Business consulting background;
• Experience working with virtual teams across different geographies and time zones;
• Full fluency in English;
• Other European languages are a plus.
