Consort Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Lisbon to lead modernization of enterprise apps and design scalable microservices. You’ll build REST and SOAP services, migrate to Cloud, and implement containerized solutions with Docker/Kubernetes.

You will work on Java (Spring) and Vue.js, participate in CI/CD, and mentor team members within a regulated, high-demand environment. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive salary offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with modern application development, cloud technologies and software architecture.
• Banking/financial services or regulated industry experience valued.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and modernizing enterprise applications, designing scalable microservices architectures, and supporting cloud transformation initiatives within a demanding and highly regulated environment.

Build side:

• Analyze and modernize legacy applications.

• Design and develop web applications using Java and Vue.js.

• Build and maintain REST APIs, SOAP services, and microservices.

• Participate in migration projects from on-premise applications to Cloud environments.

• Develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application integration processes.

• Follow development best practices, code quality standards, and testing strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Run side:

• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services.

• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.

• Ensure production stability and operational excellence.

• Participate in incident analysis and root-cause investigations.

• Monitor application health and recommend improvements.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development within complex enterprise environments.

You enjoy solving technical challenges, modernizing legacy systems, and working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
