Sysmatch is seeking a Project Manager Cybersecurity to coordinate the deployment of industrial cybersecurity solutions across manufacturing sites worldwide. The role emphasizes coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management with no hands-on deployment.

You will oversee the inventory rollout, lead the EDR deployment, and track budgets and invoicing while ensuring progress is reported to executives. Fluency in English and a minimum of three years in IT or OT project management are required.

Project Manager Cybersecurity - Hybrid (2/3x Lisbon)

What we are looking for

• The Project Manager will coordinate the deployment of industrial cybersecurity solutions on manufacturing sites across the globe. The role does not require hands‑on technical deployment; the focus is on coordination, follow‑up, and stakeholder management. Deployment progress is reported at executive level.
• Coordinate the deployment of an industrial asset inventory solution: oversee rollout on critical sites as a priority, then manage progressive deployment across all other sites.
• Coordinate the deployment of an industrial EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) solution: lead a task force to ensure all assets on critical sites are fully covered (closely linked to the inventory project).
• Track budget and invoicing for these projects.
• Depending on capacity, contribute to other projects within the industrial cybersecurity team.
• Activities & deliverables : Lead projects end‑to‑end: define scope, objectives, planning, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate all stakeholders: Group Industrial Security Officer and team, regional/country Business Security Officers, Cybersecurity Site Champions, and factory IT teams.
• Ensure regular reporting: prepare and lead project committees, produce dashboards and executive presentations.
• Track budget and financial performance (invoicing, cost monitoring).
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards (NIS2, GDPR, Group Security Policy, etc.).
