Sysmatch, an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing company, seeks a CyberSecurity Architect (m/f) to join our Lisbon team. You will shape information security policy, monitor SOC activities, and lead incident response.

Key tasks include log management, SIEM (IBM QRadar), vulnerability management, CI/CD security, and penetration testing. Mid‑Senior professional with hands‑on expertise will thrive in our dynamic, international setup.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in defining and enforcing information security policies.
• Experience with SOC services and SIEM monitoring is required.
• Strong background in vulnerability management and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement security policies across complex environments.
• Monitor and improve SIEM and log management processes.
• Lead penetration tests and assess security incidents, recommending mitigations.

CyberSecurity Architect (m/f) - Lisbon

Technical Skills

• High ability to define and structure the Company's Information Security Policy
• Ability to define and implement log collection, storage and treatment policies in complex application environments
• Competence to define the policy and monitor its execution, associated with a Security Operations Center – SOC service in SIEM IBM-QRADAR
• Experience in managing UBA tools – User Behavior Analysis (Microsoft Defender) and NBA – Network Behavior Analysis (Darktrace)
• Knowledge of managing MDM and Endpoint Security tools (e.G. Crowdstrike, TrendMicro)
• Knowledge of the ISO ***** standard
• Experience in vulnerability management (Tennable.Io)
• Knowledge of CI/CD application development processes
• Experience in performing Penetration testing to identify security flaws
• Experience investigating and correlating operational logs and events to determine the cause of security incidents
• Forensic analysis capabilities and making recommendations for mitigation measures in the context of security incidents
