Human Profiler - IT Outsourcing & Recruitment is seeking a Cybersecurity PM to lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery in a security focused IT environment. You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with technical resources, monitor progress, manage risk and report milestones, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in project management, plus PMP/Prince2 and CISSP/CISA are a plus.

With over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and the selection of qualified profiles. We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach.

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity PM to our team.

Main responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan.
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands‑on experience in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security...).
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Professional Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2...), is a plus.
• Professional cybersecurity management certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA), is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g NIST SP800-x), is a plus.
• Knowledge on technologies/products related to cybersecurity, is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and French (written & spoken).

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €25,000 to €42,000 gross per annum, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
