Affinity is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity engineer and project manager to join our Porto team. The role combines security engineering with project leadership across multinational projects, requiring hands-on IAM and network security knowledge, plus strong French and English communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering and 3+ years in project management, with PMP/PRINCE2 or CISSP/CISA being a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of overall experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager with PM processes, strategies and methods.
• Solid technical background with hands-on or strong understanding of IAM and network security.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800-x is a plus.
• Certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 or CISSP/CISA are a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of overall experience in professional cybersecurity engineering;
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager, with demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods;
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience or strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM and network security;
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus;
• Professional cybersecurity certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA) is a plus;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800-x is a plus;
• Fluent in French and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
