KCS IT is seeking an Amazing Delivery Manager to join our Lisbon team. The role requires 6+ years of delivery management experience, English fluency, and a strong background in IT service delivery.

You will work in a hybrid setup with 2 days per week in the Lisbon office, collaborating with global clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will have ITIL certification, a relevant degree, and a proven track record of client relationship management within multinational contexts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• ITIL Service Management Certificate or equivalent.
• Expertise in Service Delivery processes and business characteristics.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience interfacing within a global enterprise organization.
• Fluent in English.
• Candidate must be in Lisbon; hybrid position, 2x per week in the office.

Skills Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related;
• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager ;
• ITIL Service Management Certificate Qualified (or equivalent);
• Expertise of key aspects of Service Delivery processes and business characteristics,
• Managing Client relationships;
• Interface within a global enterprise organization;
• Fluency in English;
• The candidate has to be in Lisbon - hybrid position, 2x per week in the office.
