KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across multiple client projects. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, with flexibility to balance remote and onsite work. You will coach teams, facilitate Scrum events, and create dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong Agile/Scrum experience, SAFe familiarity, and solid English skills, ready to collaborate across diverse teams and deliver value for demanding projects.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum teams.
• Experience with Agile coaching and team development.
• Experience with SAFe.
• Good level of English.
