Job summary

Tekever Corporation in Porto, Portugal is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead complex multi-domain programs within TEKEVER Space. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality space technologies and services.

The role requires postgraduate education, 3+ years of technical project management, leadership, and strong English proficiency. The successful candidate will drive governance, risk management, and effective reporting

Qualifications

Mission:

The Project Manager at TEKEVER Space leads complex, multi-domain projects across space product and technology lines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies and the timely delivery of high-quality solutions or services.

Manage stakeholders at both technical and strategic levels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. By driving execution and fostering innovation, the Project Manager contributes to TEKEVER’s mission of delivering cutting-edge, mission-critical systems.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Project Leadership – Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Governance & Risk Management – Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary.
• Project Delivery – Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual commitments delivering with high quality standards.
• Reporting & Communication – Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders.
• Customer Relations – Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

Profile and requirements:

• Advanced Education – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Technology knowledge – ideally in the Aerospace field.
• Technical Project Management – 3 years or more of experience handling multi-disciplinary technical workloads.
• Leadership Skills – Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders;
• Quick Learner & Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Passion for Aerospace & Innovation
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English. Any other languages spoken are an advantage.
• Location Based: Porto (Portugal)
