TEKEVER Space in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-domain space programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. You will drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring contractual commitments are met while fostering innovation in aerospace technologies.

This role requires advanced education, strong leadership, and English fluency, with the ability to learn rapidly and adapt to evolving mission

Qualifications

• Advanced Education – Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Technology knowledge – ideally in the Aerospace field.
• Technical Project Management – 3 years or more of experience handling multi-disciplinary technical workloads.
• Leadership Skills – Experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders;
• Quick Learner & Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies
• Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Passion for Aerospace & Innovation
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English. Any other languages spoken are an advantage.
• Location Based: Porto (Portugal)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain project governance, escalating issues and risks to leadership when necessary.
• Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual commitments delivering with high quality standards.
• Maintain project communication and develop tailored reports for different stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
