Ready to drive large-scale transformation programs in an international environment?
Join a Central Transformation Office and play a key role in driving cross-program governance, operational excellence, and executive visibility across major transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with Program PMOs, Project and Program Managers, Operations Management, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistency across the transformation portfolio.
What will you do?
- Drive cross-program PMO operations and governance across major transformation programs
- Manage the Central PMO cadence and support the preparation of leadership and governance meetings
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action plans, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation
- Consolidate KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting, transforming complex information into decision-ready insights
- Prepare executive presentations and materials for senior leadership and governance forums
- Define, implement, and scale PMO frameworks, standards, templates, tools, and best practices across programs
- Collaborate closely with Program PMOs, Project Managers, Program Managers, and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across initiatives
- Support process improvement, tooling, automation, and AI initiatives within the Transformation Office
- Contribute to Transformation Office operations, including budget planning and tracking, tool administration, sourcing, contracts, and vendor coordination
- Take ownership of selected PMO initiatives, with opportunities to grow into broader PMO or Project Management responsibilities
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs and complex multi-project environments
- Strong background in PMO governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and decision-making materials
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of key topics
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Lisbon | 1x per week in the office
Salary Package: 1600€ up to 2400€ net value, according to experience
