We are currently recruiting for our Data Center Business Project Engineer/Engineer Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the technical documentation: elements of the proposals such as drawings and commercial proposals received from the client;
- Define, together with the Project Manager, the list of documentation (engineering deliverables) to be generated;
- Requesting clarifications or additional documentation by liaising directly with the Client in order to clarify doubts and details to define the engineering process;
- Preparing project elements (engineering deliverables), ensuring that detailed documents are issued on time;
- Defining, analyzing and designing the studies and other documentation specific to each project in order to propose the best technical solution to the Client, complying technically with the project requirements and with local and international standards and procedures and complying with the planned budget and planning;
- Supervising the collection of all documentation produced and ensuring the creation of the Final Project dossier for integration and submission to the Client;
- Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Comply with internal processes and applicable standards, ensuring Health, Safety and Environment, and apply and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Profile / Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or structural engineering or related fields;
- Design and Sizing of secondary structures based on profiles from Sikla, Hilton or similar suppliers;
- Experience in metal structures design to support pipe systems;
- Defining the secondary structure and list of engineering deliverables for each project, ensuring that detailed documents are issued on time;
- Defining and validating equipment and technical solutions;
- Actively participating in the discussion of technical solutions with clients;
- Preparing and budgeting proposals;
- Technical validation of solutions proposed to clients;
- Proposing and monitoring the development of standardised and optimised engineering solutions;
- Technically managing project requirements and subcontracted engineering companies;
- Providing technical support to the construction team.
