ROA Talent is seeking a Senior Project Director / Project Lead to deliver a major concrete and civils package on a fast-paced programme in Portugal, with a large-scale industrial project south of Lisbon. You will lead the project team including PMs and Construction Managers, acting as the senior client-facing lead and steering key decisions.

The role requires strong subcontractor background, proven leadership of large site teams on complex programmes, and a track record of delivering on time and

Qualificações

• Senior Project Director/Project Lead with delivery of major concrete, civils or structural packages.
• Proven experience with subcontractors/specialist contractors is preferred.
• Commercially strong with client-facing leadership and risk/quality delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a major concrete and civils package on a fast-paced programme.
• Lead the project team, PMs and Construction Managers for day-to-day site delivery.
• Act as the senior client-facing lead, managing relationships, reporting and key decisions.
• Maintain a helicopter view across programme, commercial performance, risk, quality and delivery.
• Drive the project against time and margin targets, with a significant performance-related bonus.
• Support growth of the project as scope/workforce expands.

Working with a leading Subcontractor who have expanded to Portugal working on one of the leading projects in the region. The project is £30m Concrete and Civils package on a large scale Industrial project south of Lisbon. Strong pipeline of work in the region and very strong financial incentive for this highlighting its significance to the client.

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of a major concrete and civils package on a fast-paced construction programme.
• Lead the project team, with PMs and Construction Managers responsible for day-to-day site delivery.
• Act as the senior client-facing lead, managing relationships, reporting and key project decisions.
• Maintain a helicopter view across programme, commercial performance, risk, quality and delivery.
• Drive the project against key time and margin targets, with a significant performance-related bonus.
• Support the continued growth of the project as the scope and workforce expand.

Requirements

• Senior Project Director / Project Lead experience delivering major concrete, civils or structural packages.
• Strong subcontractor / specialist contractor background preferred.
• Proven experience leading large site teams and complex, fast-track programmes.
• Commercially strong with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
