TD SYNNEX Portugal is looking for a focused program support specialist to help sustain Autodesk Learning Partner programs and improve all related administration. You will provide first-line support, handle escalations, and drive renewal processes from a central team.

Process new applications after Sales clearance, manage license renewals, and create global reports while coordinating with PSM and support colleagues to uphold service quality.

Qualificações

• Must be highly numerate and organized.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first line support for the program within 3 day KPI.
• Manage escalations to resolution.
• Generate and distribute renewal processes from central team.
• Process new applications from Sales through onboarding.
• License renewal management.
• Create and maintain global reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with PSM and Support Team to ensure quality service.
• Escalate issues to management and drive resolution.
