WE ARE META in Lisbon is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional IT resilience initiatives across production and application support. You will drive programs that improve reliability and scalability while coordinating across teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in program management, strong ITIL v4/SRE/DevOps/FinOps knowledge, and hands-on monitoring tool experience (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK). English fluency required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Solid understanding of IT Production and Application Support environments with hands-on ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps, and FinOps.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and automation tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, ELK Stack.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge technology, process, and governance by coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve service reliability and scalability.
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams aligned to IT resilience and continuous improvement goals.
