Job summary

Qsr in Lisbon is seeking a Program Manager to oversee aerospace industrialization programs from launch through ramp-up. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive changes with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders, fluency in English (French a plus), and hands-on experience with APQP/PPAP/PFMEA.

Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace or related field.
• Experience in program or industrialization within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production processes and new product introduction.
• APQP/PPAP/PFMEA knowledge; risk management is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with customers in an industrial setting.
• Fluent English; able to lead meetings and present.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP familiarity is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrialization activities and manage aerospace programs from project launch through production ramp-up and stabilization.
• Ensure achievement of project milestones by proactively managing risks, priorities, resources, and action plans.
• Drive multidisciplinary teams to deliver commitments, ensuring effective follow-up, timely escalation, and closure of open topics.
• Coordinate product and process changes, assessing impacts on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Monitor program performance and prepare reports to support decision-making and customer communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and industrial process optimization initiatives.
• Support the implementation of APQP and associated industrialization methodologies, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and FAI.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluent English skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of SAP will be valued
