Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, invites applications for an IT Tech Lead - .NET / Cloud in Porto, Portugal. You will act as the technical lead for complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and technical excellence.

You'll mentor developers, drive cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), implement CI/CD, and collaborate with Product Owners to align technical solutions with business needs and delivery timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in software development with 5+ years on .NET.
• Experience as Technical Lead or mentor within a dev team.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Microservices design patterns and Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD, Git, IaC, and DevOps practices knowledge.
• Frontend experience with React.js or Angular is a plus.
• English fluency, strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an IT Tech Lead - .NET / Cloud

• Act as the technical lead for complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and technical excellence.
• Lead the technical execution of a squad or cross-functional development team.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring developers and helping resolve technical challenges and blockers.
• Design and implement robust, scalable and cost-efficient end-to-end cloud solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, critical feature design and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards across the team.
• Identify and document technical debt and improvement opportunities.
• Support the early resolution of technical and client issues, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Promote best practices across software development, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding and technical development within the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET development.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Tech Lead or technical mentor within a development team.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture and software design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, configuration management and deployment practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js or Angular is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of API security and data privacy best practices.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and supporting software engineers and contributing to high-performing development teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work 3 days per week from Porto.
