Zumub is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate operators, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining up-to-date production records.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel. The position offers a hybrid work option after the training period and benefits such as health insurance and gym membership.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is required.
• Some team supervision experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production to meet targets, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan production activities and maintain records.
• Ensure materials are available for production and report issues to the Production Manager.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff.

ROLE

• Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met in a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
• Coordinate production operators to ensure an effective workflow;
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement prompt corrective measures;
• Plan production activities and maintain up-to-date records;
• Ensure materials are readily available for production;
• Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager;
• Support the training and integration of new production staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related fields (preferred);
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings;
• Previous team supervision experience (considered an advantage);
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a high-paced production environment;
• Good Excel skills and confidence using technology;
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to quality.
