Delnext is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in a food/supplement manufacturing environment. You will coordinate production teams, organize schedules, track performance, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar disciplines (preferred).
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic production setting.
• Strong accountability, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar disciplines (preferred)
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial operations
• Previous experience leading teams (preferred)
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to perform in a dynamic production setting
• Strong Excel knowledge and comfort with digital tools
• Strong accountability, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail
