Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment and in team management.
• Knowledge of production planning, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee the execution of the production plan with the Planning department.
• Allocate people and equipment across operations according to production priorities.
• Monitor the completion of production orders, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication and handovers between teams, shifts and departments.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime.
