Bel Portugal S.A. is seeking a Production Manager for its Ribeira Grande Plant in the Azores. The role focuses on ensuring timely production, cost control, quality adherence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years in industry management (preferably dairy), and fluency in Portuguese and English. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Technology, Engineering, Biology, or similar).
• 5 years of professional experience in industry and management (preferably dairy).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (French preferred).
• Experience in team management and leadership.

• Ensure timely production, minimize costs, and comply with quality specifications and production protocols.
• Mobilize and motivate the team and work proactively to achieve ZERO Accidents.
• Meet production targets within budgets and ensure compliance with certification and legal requirements.

• Responsible for mobilizing and motivating their team members and for working proactively in their area to achieve the goal of ZERO Accidents;
• Responsible for meeting production targets in accordance with agreed-upon budgets, ensuring compliance with certification systems and legal requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Biology, or a related field;
