Michael Page is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead Medical Devices manufacturing operations, focusing on plastic injection moulding and cleanroom environments. You will drive safe, efficient production and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 while achieving quality and delivery targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean improvements, monitor KPIs, and mentor supervisors in a regulated setting. Proficiency in English is required.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a production leadership role.
• Experience in plastic injection moulding and cleanroom environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, process validation, change control, risk management and CAPA.
• Proficiency in MES and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and company quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and monitor key KPIs (OEE, scrap, on-time delivery).
• Support validation, CAPA activities, and risk management across production.
• Coach and develop supervisors and manufacturing teams; support new product introductions.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Medical Devices manufacturing operations, specialising in plastic injection moulding. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production processes while meeting quality, delivery, and productivity targets in a highly regulated environment.

Description

• Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, and company quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, efficiency, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure manufacturing processes remain controlled and validated.
• Support process validation, change control, risk management, and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
• Support new product introduction and industrialisation projects.
• Ensure a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related technical field;
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a production leadership role;
• Experience in plastic injection moulding;
• Experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments;
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies;
• Experience with MES and ERP systems;
• Experience in Medical Devices;
• Sound understanding of ISO 13485, process validation, change control, risk management, CAPA, and Lean Manufacturing principles;
• Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and driving operational performance;
• Proficiency in English.
