Richemont is seeking a Product Solution Engineer embedded in the Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” within Manufacturing Operations. You will own the deep expertise of Rhize MES and associated back-end integrations, guiding design, configuration, and implementation to support digital transformation across the production value chain.

Qualificações

• Master degree / Engineer with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in industrial environments in Production and IT
• Experience on MES solutions (Rhize MES is a plus) and with SAP integration
• Experience with ISA95 and GraphQL databases
• Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset
• Experience designing business solutions based on SAP PP with MES experience and Low Code/No Code platforms
• Good understanding of architecture design and integration technologies such as APIs
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods for software development lifecycle
• Experience in leading Design, Deployment and Support activities including budget and planning
• Excellent ability to communicate technical information to management and peers

How will you make an impact?

The role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain “Operations & Services” and part of the Manufacturing Operations Area.

Our scope of Manufacturing Operations includes all business processes of the value chain to produce goods including Production Execution and Maintenance Management.

To support our digital transformation, the Richemont strategy is based on 3 majors pillars:

• The decoupling principle between front-end and back-end applications using a modern integration landscape based on APIs and Event Driven Architecture, to let the flexibility to the Maison on their User Interface.


• Select the most appropriated back-end system as SAP PP, SAP EWM, Rhize MES, MaintainX CMMS to reply to the business requirement without customs developments, and to benefits form the editors innovations.


• Real-time execution and data driven, Richemont is applying advanced solution regarding the IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) for machine connectivity, with the ambition of an harmonized data conversion (based on ISA95 concept) to make data accessible from our entire manufacture to a single point (Unified NameSpace).

The Product Solution Engineer is the deep expert of one solution within the product. he understands capabilities, constraints, APIs, limits, configuration options and best practices. He provides advanced solution‑specific support, design, and configuration guidance to the Product Team.

As a Production and Maintenance Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, deployment and support solution develop on our Headless MES Rhize, which is based on graphQL data base and following the ISA95 model.

You will be accountable for the improvements and delivery of the applications according to the roadmap of our “Product Owner” and guidelines of our Architects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, Software Engineers, QA Engineers to translate business requirements into robust and effective data solutions.

How will you experience success with us?

• Master degree / Engineer with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering


• 5+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in contact with industrial environments in Production as well in IT


• Strong Experience on MES solution (Rhize MES is a plus) and with SAP integration.


• Practice of the ISA95 standards and graphQL data base.


• Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.


• Experience in designing business solutions based on SAP PP, with MES related experiences, ideally also with Low Code / No Code platforms


• Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs


• Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models


• Experience in Team Management overseeing the Design, Deployment and Support activities, including budget follow up and planning activities


• Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
