Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Production and Maintenance Solution Engineer to design, deploy, and support Rhize MES solutions within a SAP-integrated landscape. You will translate business requirements into robust data solutions, align with ISA95 models, and drive upgrades and documentation.

You will collaborate with product teams, analysts, and engineers to ensure scalable, data-driven manufacturing operations across the value chain.

Qualificações

• Master degree / Engineer with strong emphasis in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting background, in contact with industrial environments in Production as well in IT.
• Strong experience on MES solution (Rhize MES is a plus) and with SAP integration.
• Practice of the ISA95 standards and graphQL data base.
• Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.
• Experience in designing business solutions based on SAP PP, with MES related experiences, ideally also with Low Code / No Code platforms
• Good understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
• Good understanding of software development & customizing lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models
• Experience in Team Management overseeing the Design, Deployment and Support activities, including budget follow up and planning activities
• Excellent ability and experience to effectively communicate technical information to management, peers and industry partners.
• Fluent in English is mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert-level knowledge on Rhize MES.
• Understand its configuration, data structures, APIs and limitations.
• Design solution‑specific behaviors aligned with product standards.
• Implement advanced configuration or setup.
• Validate technical/functional scenarios.
• Support upgrades, patches and vendor releases.
• Assist colleague on complex solution issues.
• Analyze logs, traces, performance issues, configuration issues.
• Provide expert RCA for solution‑level incidents.
• Follow product evolution and roadmap of the vendor.
• Maintain solution‑specific documentation.
• Train internal teams on capabilities and boundaries
