This hands‑on role translates quarterly objectives into sprint plans, drives cross‑platform UX, and defines clear acceptance criteria and non‑functional requirements.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years as a Product Owner or similar on web/mobile apps.
• Experience delivering across web, desktop, and native mobile.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and architecture trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English, able to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

We're looking for a Product Owner, based in Porto, to lead delivery of that experience, sitting at the intersection of product strategy and engineering. This is a hands-on role: you'll own the backlog, drive consistency across platforms, and hold every release to a high bar for quality, accessibility, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own the backlog — prioritise, refine, and keep it healthy in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, and Architecture.
• Bridge strategy and execution — translate quarterly product objectives into sprint-level plans and track delivery against roadmap commitments.

Cross-Platform Experience & Quality

• Drive cross-platform UX — ensure a coherent, accessible experience across web, desktop, iOS, and Android, while respecting each platform's own conventions.
• Define quality standards — set clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements covering performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-device compatibility.

Release Leadership

• Coordinate releases — lead release readiness across web, desktop, and mobile channels, including app store submission cycles and staged rollouts.
• Collaborate broadly — work daily with engineers, designers, architects, QA, and technical writers; bring partner and customer feedback into backlog decisions.
• Lead through influence — guide engineering teams on priorities and clarity without formal people management.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• At least 4 years as a Product Owner (or similar) on user-facing web and/or mobile applications.
• A track record working with engineering teams delivering across multiple platforms — web, desktop, native mobile.

Skills

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, architecture trade-offs, and multi-platform delivery.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX Designers and working within a design system.
• Experience with mobile app release processes (App Store, Google Play).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UCaaS, VoIP, or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with WebRTC, real-time communications, or contact centre technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
