Grupo Data is seeking a Customer-Focused Product Owner for Salesforce to own the roadmap and align features with market needs. The role is hybrid with three days in the Lisbon office, collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to deliver valuable Salesforce solutions.

You will define requirements, prioritize features, and monitor product performance through data-driven decisions, staying ahead of industry trends and Salesforce updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years as Product Owner or similar, preferably with Salesforce.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects.
• Strong Agile experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and analytical mindset.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any product-related inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and continuously improve product knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

• In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner, Certified Administrator) are a plus
