Luza Group is seeking a Product Owner to lead product backlog and drive cross-functional delivery across APIs, integrations, and channels. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from definition to production release, focusing on value creation and data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Business, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to ensure regulatory and market requirements are met while delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualificações

• Define, manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams (APIs, integrations, mainframe, digital channels) to ensure clarity of requirements and delivery.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from functional spec through production release.
• Drive evolution by identifying opportunities to enhance features, processes and customer value.
• Define, track and analyze product KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure quality through validation, testing support and performance monitoring.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Business, Operations, Compliance) and external partners.
• Promote a delivery-focused mindset balancing business needs, feasibility and customer impact.

• Ensure quality of delivered solutions through validation and performance monitoring.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed to align on scope and timing.
• Foster a delivery-focused mindset across teams, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
