Luza is seeking a Product Owner to join our Lisbon-based team. The role focuses on collecting user needs, defining specs, and prioritizing the Jira backlog within a Hybrid work model.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams across IT and cybersecurity, and validate developments. English and French fluency are mandatory for international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experienced Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, including networks, APIs, and protocols.
• Comfortable managing backlogs and working with Jira.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented and able to make decisions.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Comfortable working with international teams.
