LUZA Group is seeking an experienced project manager to lead strategic initiatives across technology and business teams. You will define objectives, plan resources, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and budget adherence.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and lead continuous process improvements in international, regulated contexts. Remote work flexibility is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and PM experience.
• 6+ years in project/service management; 4+ years in tech environments.
• Proficient with PM methodologies and project tools; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives, scope and budgets aligned with strategy.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Allocate resources and monitor delivery within deadlines and quality.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and track issues.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and governance documentation.
• Lead collaboration between IT/Engineering/DevOps and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices.

What You'll do:

• - Define project/service objectives, scope, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities.
• - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• - Manage and allocate human, financial, and technical resources efficiently.
• - Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• - Identify and resolve operational and technical issues throughout project execution.
• - Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and continuously monitor risk exposure.
• - Maintain clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• - Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (IT, Engineering, DevOps) and business stakeholders.
• - Prepare status reports and project documentation to support decision-making and governance.
• - Ensure proper tracking and documentation of project decisions, actions, and key activities.
• - Lead formal project closure activities, including validation of objectives and deliverables.
• - Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• - Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Who You Are:

• - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• - 6+ years of experience in project and/or service management.
• - 4+ years of experience in technology-driven environments (IT, Engineering, Digital Platforms).
• - Experience working in international and/or highly regulated environments is a plus.
• - Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban.
• - Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
• - Strong ability to analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators.
• - Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
• - Proven track record coordinating complex technology projects, including integrations, APIs, digital platforms, or distributed systems.
• - Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices is highly valued.
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• - Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• - Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• - Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
• - Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• - Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• - Results-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
