Job summary

KCS IT in Lisbon is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive software development projects and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI and QA teams. The role requires 2–4 years of experience and a degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

You will articulate a clear product vision, manage the backlog, and work in a hybrid setup with 2 days per week at the office. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Solid technical knowledge of software product development practices and technologies, Agile/Scrum, is valued.
• Ability to work with several teams of professionals (engineering, UX/UI and QA) with various roles and be able to help them to collaborate and come to an agreement and acceptance on a solution or path.
• Outstanding and professional communication and presentation skills, with fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong capacity of organization and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with a vision and the ability to articulate it.
• Ability to work in a team and by objectives.
• Resilience, autonomy and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Lead product backlog and roadmap alignment across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI and QA to reach consensus on solutions.
• Present product plans and progress to stakeholders with clear, concise communication.
