Sysmatch is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Product Owner to drive a large IT transformation program in Lisbon. You will manage product backlog, translate business needs into user stories, and coordinate cross-functional teams across APIs, integrations and lifecycle management.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure smooth transition to BAU. English proficiency is essential in this international environment; hybrid Lisbon work model offered.

Responsabilités

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Coordinate development, business, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the transition from project delivery to BAU operations, including application ownership and support processes.

We invest a lot of effort on our client relationships and always deliver the best candidate or product available for their need and that is the main reason behind our success!At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:Product Owner – 2x Lisbon – Hybrid (M/F)Project contextWe are looking for a Senior Product Owner / IT Project Manager to support a large international IT transformation program within a global organization.The role combines IT Project Management, Product Ownership, and Application Ownership responsibilities, supporting the delivery of a new platform through multiple deployment waves and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU (Business As Usual) operations.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with technical stakeholders in an international English-speaking environment.Goals and deliverablesManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and roadmap.
