Job summary

KCS IT in Lisbon seeks a junior/mid IT Project Manager with a technical background to join a hybrid team. You will manage IT projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligned with client needs and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT PM, a CS/IT degree, and experience in software development or a similar technical role. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; PMP is a plus, and 2 days on-site is expected.

Qualifications

2–4 years of IT Project Management experience in a professional setting.
Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Previous professional experience as a Software Developer or in a technical IT role (Mandatory).
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Good understanding of software development lifecycles, technical environments, and IT projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Comfortable working in a hybrid model, 2 days per week on-site.
PMP certification is a strong plus.
