Capgemini Engineering in Évora is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives, shaping product vision, roadmaps, and end-to-end SDLC delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will translate business objectives into actionable requirements, manage backlogs and risks, and drive automation, with a strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder alignment. Hybrid work in Portugal, 12-18 month assignment.

Qualificações

• Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.
• Good understanding of automation concepts, software platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting automation-driven products or programs; knowledge of Autonomous Networks is a plus.
• Telecom Industry Experience Is Not Required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the product backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for automation and orchestration solutions.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Support the evolution of Autonomous Network capabilities by promoting automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor product progress, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
