Capgemini is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives. You will own the product backlog, define the product vision, and collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to deliver automation-driven software solutions.

The role emphasizes SDLC leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a strong focus on stakeholder alignment. English fluency and a 12–18 month assignment with potential extension are required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager in software development.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of automation concepts and digital transformation.
• Experience with automation-driven products; Autonomous Networks a plus.
• Telecom experience not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership; ability to bridge business and tech.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the product backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end SDLC, from requirements definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, priorities, and delivery roadmap with Architects and stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for automation and orchestration solutions.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities across cross-functional teams.
• Support evolution of Autonomous Network capabilities by promoting automation and efficiency.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
