• Experiência comprovada como Product Owner/Manager em ambientes de software.
• Forte compreensão de SDLC e metodologias Ágeis.
• Experiência a gerir backlogs, roadmaps e expectativas de stakeholders.
• Conhecimento de automação e plataformas de software; conhecimento de AutonomousNetworks é uma mais-valia.
• Experiência em indústria de telecomunicações não é obrigatória.
• Boas competências de comunicação, liderança e gestão de stakeholders.
• Capacidade de ligar equipas de negócio e técnica.
• Fluente em inglês.
• Disponível para 12-18 meses, com possível extensão.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir o backlog do produto Autonomous Networks e conduzir o SDLC de ponta a ponta.
• Trabalhar com Solution Architects, equipas de engenharia e stakeholders para definir visão, prioridades e roadmap.
• Traduzir objetivos de negócio em requisitos de automação e orquestração.
• Coordinar atividades ágeis e assegurar alinhamento entre equipas multifuncionais.
• Apoiar a evolução de capacidades de Autonomous Networks promovendo automação e eficiência operacional.
• Monitorizar progresso, gerir riscos e entregar soluções de software de alta qualidade.

YOUR ROLE

• Own and manage the product backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for automation and orchestration solutions.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Support the evolution of Autonomous Network capabilities by promoting automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor product progress, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.
• Good understanding of automation concepts, software platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting automation-driven products or programs;
  knowledge of AutonomousNetworks is a plus.
• Telecom industry experience is not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
