Capgemini Engineering in Porto seeks an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives. You will own the backlog and collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision and delivery roadmaps.

You will drive end-to-end SDLC, translate business goals into automation requirements, and coordinate Agile delivery across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Product Owner/Product Manager roles in software environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methods.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of automation concepts and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with automation-driven products; Autonomous Networks a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to bridge business and tech.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end SDLC from requirements definition through deployment and improvement.
• Define product vision, priorities, and delivery roadmap with architects and engineers.
• Translate business objectives into actionable automation/orchestration requirements.
• Coordinate Agile delivery and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency in network capabilities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
