Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives. You will own the backlog, drive the SDLC, and collaborate with architects and engineers to shape vision and delivery roadmaps.

This hybrid role offers exposure to national and international projects with a focus on automation and digital transformation. You will coordinate agile delivery across teams, promote process improvements, and ensure high-quality software solutions

Qualificações

Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager in software development.
Strong SDLC and Agile methodologies knowledge.
Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholders.
Experience with automation-focused products or programs; Autonomous Networks knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

Own and manage the product backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation.
Drive end-to-end SDLC from requirements definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for automation and orchestration solutions.
Coordinate Agile delivery activities and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Support the evolution of Autonomous Network capabilities by promoting automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Monitor product progress, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
