Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Owner (f/m/d) for AI Forge Source-to-Contract Solutions. You will own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and business value, collaborating with Procurement stakeholders and AI Forge teams to shape use cases from scoping to rollout and continuous improvement.

You will drive product delivery, translate needs into defined scope and acceptance criteria, and ensure measurable value across the procurement domain with strong Agile capabilities.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As Product Owner (f/m/d) for AI Forge Source-to-Contract Solutions, you will own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and business value of AI-powered solutions across the Source-to-Contract value stream. You will identify and prioritize high-value opportunities together with Procurement stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable products and features. Working closely with sourcing, category management, process experts, target users, and AI Forge development teams, you will shape use cases from initial scoping and MVP definition through development, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement. You will make product decisions based on business value, user needs, feasibility, and strategic priorities. Acting as the business owner of the product, you will ensure that AI Forge solutions create measurable value for Procurement and continuously evolve based on user feedback, adoption, and performance

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Own and continuously evolve the vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for AI Forge Source-to-Contract solutions, maximizing business value across the product lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI and digital use cases across Source-to-Contract together with sourcing, category management, process experts, target users, and other key stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clearly defined product scope, MVPs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria, ensuring readiness for development and delivery
• Drive product delivery from scoping through build, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement, making prioritization and scope trade-offs and accepting product outcomes against agreed requirements
• Represent business needs and users throughout the product lifecycle, using user feedback, adoption, performance, and business outcomes to continuously improve the product and roadmap
• Collaborate across Procurement, Product, Architecture, Data, Development, Change, Rollout, and Service teams to manage dependencies and ensure scalable solutions aligned with AI Forge and Procurement objectives

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Digitalization, Product Ownership, or a comparable role
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier discovery and evaluation, RFx, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding
• Experience translating business and user needs into digital products, including use cases, MVPs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps
• Strong product and Agile delivery capabilities, including value-based prioritization, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, sprint collaboration, product validation, and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams; experience with AI/GenAI, procurement technology, SAP, sourcing, supplier management, or contract management solutions is an advantage
