Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a skilled Product Owner (Salesforce) to lead Salesforce projects with a strong focus on Sales Cloud in a remote Portugal setting. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Salesforce experience, especially with Sales Cloud, along with proven Product Owner credentials.

You will manage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and guide Agile delivery on complex Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce projects, with strong exposure to Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud functionalities, including lead and opportunity management, accounts and contacts, pipeline and forecasting, sales productivity, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align business requirements with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce projects, with strong exposure to Sales Cloud
