Job summary

LUZA Group is recruiting for a senior product leadership role focused on Finance/ERP products. You will define the strategy, oversee modernization to a cloud platform, and drive product-led growth across the lifecycle. You will develop AI-native capabilities and guide a team of product managers and owners with cross-functional partners.

The role is fully remote with Portugal-based origin, offering a remote-friendly work model and a strong focus on global impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive SaaS product management experience in finance domains such as accounting, procurement, invoicing, payments or expenses.
• Experience with AI products or AI-native capabilities from problem definition to scaling and integration.
• Proven track record of product-led growth in SaaS.
• Experience leading large product teams, platform strategies, cloud transformations and complex portfolios.
• Strategic thinker with stakeholder management at C-level or investor level and strong English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for Finance/ERP portfolio (ex HR).
• Consolidate and modernize products; drive cloud transformation from on-premise to scalable platform.
• Anchor product-led growth across the lifecycle to improve activation, adoption, monetization and retention.
• Develop and productize AI-native capabilities and agentic workflows delivering measurable value to customers.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and product owners, translating requirements with engineering, revenue, operations and C-level.

What You'll do:

• You will be responsible for and develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for our portfolio in Finance/ERP (ex HR)
• Manage the consolidation and modernization of our products and drive their transformation from on-premise solutions to a scalable cloud platform
• Anchor product-led growth along the entire product lifecycle and measurably improve activation, adoption, monetization and retention
• Be responsible for developing and productizing AI-native capabilities and agentic workflows that go beyond the mere use of LLMs and provide customers with measurable value
• Leading and developing a team of product managers and product owners and translating requirements into clear product decisions together with engineering, revenue, operations and C-level

Full remote, based in Portugal

Who You Are:

• Many years of SaaS product management experience in the finance environment such as accounting, procurement, invoicing, payments or expenses with a sound understanding of processes and customers
• Ideally, experience with AI products or AI-native capabilities from problem definition to scaling, as well as reliable agent system integration and intelligent automation
• Measurably implemented product-led growth experience in the SaaS environment
• Experience leading larger product management teams, platform strategies, cloud transformations, and post-merger integrations across complex portfolios
• Strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, confident stakeholder management down to C-level/investor as well as business fluency in English
