Stratio is seeking a Mid/Senior Product Manager to own a new hardware-software product from definition to first customers. You will shape the vision, collaborate with engineering, and drive market readiness with sales and marketing.
You will work with customers to understand problems, translate them into clear requirements, and define success metrics. The role offers flexibility on remote/hybrid/onsite work in Portugal.
Mid/Senior level
(f/m/d)
Your contribution to a #zerodowntimefuture
You'll own a new product that Stratio is building from scratch, combining hardware and software, from early definition to its first customers.
You will understand the problem, shape the solution with engineering and bring it to market with our commercial teams.
You define the product vision, strategy and roadmap together with the Head of Product Management, and you keep the company informed on the vision, roadmap and progress.
You talk regularly with customers and internal teams to understand their problems, workflows and needs. You follow the market and competitors, and you know how the product compares with the alternatives.
You turn problems into clear requirements that engineering teams can act on, and you work day to day with the software and hardware teams on scope and trade-offs. You prioritise by customer value, business impact and effort, and you make the trade-offs explicit.
You define the success metrics for the product and track them from the first release, so decisions are based on evidence.
You work with sales, marketing and customer success to bring the product to market, from positioning to the first customer rollouts, and support customer conversations with product expertise.
This is not a mature, predictable product. The product is still being shaped, so you'll work with open questions and make decisions with incomplete information. The product does not exist yet and you will help define it.
This is not a software-only product. It combines hardware and software, and hardware brings constraints and specific requirements of its own that you’ll need to factor into product decisions together with both teams.
This is not a role with a fixed playbook. Priorities will change as we learn from customers, and you will decide with incomplete information.
You would build a product end to end, with real ownership of what gets built and why, at a company with real customers and a product that works.
The role is open to Mid and Senior profiles, with room for career progression.
