Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a Product Owner to drive delivery for the Sorted product team, a cross‑functional group spanning mobile, backend, data, design, and QA. You will convert product direction into shipped work, maintain the backlog, and ensure on-time delivery with clear decisions and traceable outcomes.

The role requires ownership mindset, fluency in English, and experience leading multi‑platform mobile delivery with agile teams. Lisbon or US location options offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product ownership, product delivery, or equivalent software product experience.
• Ownership of delivery outcomes across a multi-functional team.
• Experience with consumer mobile products and data-driven product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for the Sorted product team: scope, sequencing, and committed dates.
• Own execution sequencing within the product roadmap to define ready-to-build work.
• Own sprint commitments and release scope, including go/no-go decisions.
• Own scope trade-offs and escalate only when roadmap must change.
• Run delivery ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective.
• Coordinate releases end-to-end including store submissions and rollout.
• Own customer service escalations, bug management, and decision logging.
