Job summary

Deco Proteste in Lisbon is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Product Operations, Data, and Affiliate Partnerships teams. You will help evolve tools, processes, and data that support our teams and improve commercial performance.

The role spans Product Operations and Data & Affiliate Operations, focusing on data integration, rule definition, and optimizing EPC/CTR. You will work across technical, content, data, and commercial areas with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Turn data and operational insights into clear business requirements.
• Understand affiliate marketing ecosystems, networks, tracking, product feeds and API integrations.
• Experience with web analytics and data visualization tools (GA, Looker Studio, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Product Operations: manage and improve the internal platform for product and pricing data.
• Interpret user and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Expert and IT teams to ensure developments meet operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and data quality.
• Define and maintain quality-control processes for reliable information.
• Data & Affiliate Operations: identify, evaluate, and integrate external data sources.
• Define business rules and matching logic for data consistency.
• Manage affiliate-related integrations with networks, merchants, and data providers.
• Optimize tracking and commercial setups to improve EPC and CTR.
• Analyze data to identify optimization and monetization opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with technical, content, data, and commercial teams for smooth delivery.
