TEKEVER is hiring three people to provide administrative and commercial support for the purchasing department across our network. You will request quotations, process and track purchase orders, and act as a bridge between finance, logistics, and planning to ensure goods flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years analysing invoices, delivery notes and PO's, Excel knowledge, and Portuguese (C2) and English (B2).

Qualificações

• High school diploma (12th grade).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analysing invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
• Experience in the administrative area supporting purchasing will be valued.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, planning, and responsibility skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, teamwork, and communication.
• Versatility, proactivity, and dynamism.
• Language requirements: proven C2 proficiency level in Portuguese and proven B2 proficiency level in English.
• Team spirit and good integration capacity.
• High sense of responsibility, task organization and planning, and deadline management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure administrative and commercial support tasks for the purchasing department.
• Request quotations from suppliers.
• Process and track purchase orders.
• Support in supplier management.
• Regularize purchase orders for processes already executed.
• Act as a bridge between various departments such as finance, logistics, and planning.
