TEKEVER is seeking a logistics/warehouse operator to manage receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations with accuracy and safety. You will verify inbound goods, coordinate with carriers, and ensure real-time stock updates across the system.
The role requires 3+ years in logistics, proficiency with warehouse software, and fluency in Portuguese and English at C2 level. forklift operation and ADR/IATA DG knowledge are pluses.

Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy;
Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse;
Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods;
Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system.
Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labelling and documentation;
Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups;
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications;
Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations.
Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels;
Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required;
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods;
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role;
Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation;
Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment;
Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records;
Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages;
Team player and strong communication skills;
Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus.
