Job summary

Defined.ai in Lisbon is seeking a procurement-focused intern to support supplier onboarding, ticket management, and vendor vetting. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement within a fast-growing AI company, with a hybrid work model and a 6-month duration.

You will work 3 days per week at the office, collaborate with the Legal and Supply Chain teams, and gain exposure to supplier negotiations, documentation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement-related tickets and maintain records.
• Source new suppliers through market research and build relationships.
• Onboard new suppliers and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Participate in the vetting program with Legal to select suppliers.
• Document procurement processes and keep procedures up-to-date.
