Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel based in Portugal. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and framework agreements, supporting global procurement for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business.

You will work with regional teams across Europe and the Americas, manage contract lifecycle, improve templates and playbooks, and escalate legal risks to the internal or external counsel.

Qualifications

• A law degree or equivalent qualification in contracts.
• At least four years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Hands-on experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Familiarity with standard-form contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA).
• Experience managing CLM platforms and electronic signatures.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs with suppliers and partners.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, supply agreements, and purchase terms.
• Support framework agreements and pricing schedules.
• Prepare and manage construction/project contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA).
• Assess amendments and provide recommended positions per playbooks.
• Identify and escalate legal risks with clear context.
• Manage contract execution, approvals, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain contract repository and monitor renewals and obligations.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Collaborate on technology and process improvements for contract mgmt.
• Provide status reports to procurement leadership.
