Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon seeks an entry-level Procurement Purchasing Assistant to manage ordering activities across multiple European locations. You will support PR reviews, PO processing, supplier communications, and active sourcing while using SAP and Coupa within a dynamic, multicultural team.

The role offers a hybrid work model and a modern office in Parque das Nações, with emphasis on reliability, learning, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to change.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Purchase Order creation/update and follow-up.
• Operational Sourcing Service Desk activities.
• Maintain information records and supplier communications.
• Use of Airbus ERP SAP and Coupa tools.
