Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon is seeking a Purchasing Assistant who speaks German to support our GBS. You will review PRs, create and update POs, and conduct operational sourcing while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The role requires strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to learn new tools. We offer a hybrid work model and a modern office near Parque das Nações to support a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be customer focused, understand priorities and emergencies.
• Eager to learn to work with new tools and to adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Purchase Order (PO) creation/update and follow-up of POs.
• Operational sourcing.
• Service Desk activities supporting internal stakeholders.
