We invite you to join us in this transformation. # **Job Description**The Business Service Center at Bose Portugal is delivering global business services for all levels of the company with high quality standards.To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English. We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.**You Will*** Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects* Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization* Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments* Contract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.)* Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment* Execute “2 Bids n’ Buy” - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase* Preferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis)* Responsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests* Administration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba* Work collaborative and closely with Category Managers**We Are Looking for People With:*** 3+ years of procurement experience* Detail oriented, professional* Adaptability, resilience and proactivity* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders* Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks* Problem solving skillsWe’d love to know you better!
